Malí a střední podnikatelé by v ČR rádi viděli stabilní prostředí

Česká republika musí podle doporučení, která obdržela v rámci Evropského semestru, zapracovat mimo jiné na zlepšení podnikatelského prostředí. Asociace podnikatelů se domnívá, že výrazným krokem by bylo snížení administrativní zátěže. Je prý však také důležité, aby bylo prostředí v českém podnikání především stabilní.  Celý článek

Triky splátkových firem a podvodníků zakáže další zákon

Praha – Lichvářské či podvodné praktiky při sjednávání spotřebitelských úvěrů má omezit další zpřísnění zákona.

Od ledna 2013 už nebude možné zajistit spotřebitelský úvěr směnkou nebo šekem. Vláda chce pro tuto oblast zakázat také používání telefonních čísel s vyšší než běžnou cenou. A výslovně zavede právo odstoupit od smlouvy se zprostředkovatelem, který jen vybere peníze, ale nic nedomluví. Celý článek
